Some newly recruited staff of Kiteko Limited/ ECOM (Armajaro) have hailed the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Oli Best Road-Safety (OBR) Organization following a three weeks intensive training to engage them as staff of the company.
According to the newly trained drivers who have been under the watch of the company after receiving a Brain ventures Literacy Numerical Test at OBR Organization told OBR Media that the classroom work and numerical test have been of credit to them.
They told OBR Reporters that their role as drivers at ECOM/Armajaro Cocoa Transport limited in the Ashanti region (main transporters of cocoa, cashew and fertilizers) will be of benefit to the company after the training received from the school.
However, they have hailed the organization for the one week intensive training course which was carried out to educate them on the proper use of road safety tips and road signs on the road which has gone a long way to increase their knowledge in the driving profession.
The drivers were taken through some driving topics and tutorials like: road signs, overtaking on highways, devoid of accidents, new driving test information and test routes among others.
The one week classroom learning was on road safety tips like: roads signs both mandatory and regulatory, proper use of the horn among others in order to meet the requirement by the National Road Safety Authority (NRSA).
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Oli Best Road-Safety Organization (OBR), Mr. Richard Karikari (KK) advised them (undertrained drivers) to take all the necessary protocols on the road seriously to prevent any unforeseen occurrences.
